    Hello sir, i was passing by on my to morning tea and I noticed in close up of your one arm practice (near the end), your fingers are bent at the metacarpophalangeal joints with noticeable pressure on the distal interphalangeal joints. Is this intentional? When i handstand i just splay my fingers, hand completely flat. Is your placement intentional and part of the technique?

    • @BodyweightWarrior
      @BodyweightWarrior  5 лет назад +1

      Tyson Edwards it’s all about the metacarpophalangeal flex 😂 on two arms I don’t flex too hard but I find it helps with one arm to feel like I’m really squeezing the floor
