Sir in with respect to conclusive proof in18th Minute of this video, in addition to section 41, 112 and Estoppel there's another section for conclusive proof that is Section 113 proof of cession of territory. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ye sare acts pre independence wale the toh inpe applicable nhi hai or ab jo bane hai unpr applicable hai. Pr ab iss video mein apne btaya ke inn acts pr applicable nhi hai.... Ye confusion hai kfi... Please clear my doubt.

If party A had filed a case versus party B.And, Party B has filed a case versus party C.
Party B in his cases versus party C has finished his cross examination in chief and oral examination but party C has not.
Can party A use the depositions in the case of B vs C in Court case of A Vs B as evidence.l.e his oral deposition and AIE in of B in Case B Vs C by submitting certified copies of the same from the respective court of B Vs C?
