      @@GenerationAcresFarm Thanks. BTW, hearing of what you guys planned I did a search and found that Modern Homesteading in popular here in Oregon. It seems on of the biggest RUclips Modern Homesteading channels in Wranglerstar who live here in Oregon. Have you heard of them?

      @@GenerationAcresFarm Yes, I believe they used to live in southern WA but moved this year to Oregon. Makes sense that they don't publish their address; but, from their videos, I can make some guesses. Based on that, I think they live a couple of hours from us. An easy (and gorgeous) drive. Several interesting people live here in Oregon. The Roloffs (Little People Farms) live not far from us too. We have seen Amy in the store a few times.

      Thank you Tasha! It’s definitely been a ton of work, but thankfully we all love it. Honestly I’d choose working outdoors over indoors most days - so it works out! Thanks for being here and watching, means a lot 💛

    Hello there, thank you for the video and amazing progress! I am actually in a similar situation and was wondering what did you do with all the brush material that you cleared away?

    • @GenerationAcresFarm
      @GenerationAcresFarm  2 года назад +1

      Some of it we put in a pile in the woods and some of it got burned :)

      @@GenerationAcresFarm thank you getting back to me. Right now I'm using a small chipper for all the branches I can fit in there and using the wood chips for mulch around trees. It's the brush that's thorny and not woody that I don't know what to do with. For now, I'll just pile it in a corner of the woods somewhere 🙂
