Give the option for people to pick their own teammates for a match. Rather than just limiting it to platoons of 2. That would bring more players to play and participate where they know each other more and overall better experience.

Which higher tier is really expensive to play so that the average player spends more time in lower tier? Strengthen tier 1 to 5 with more prizes so that players can develop their skills there? shouldn't you focus your gaming policy on long term players instead of the casual player? Or all this does not matter to you and the only thing that interests you is money?

Sort out the server reticle wargaming. Your game keeps on making me shoot where MY reticle isn't pointing, because the server reticle is pointing somewhere else. Happens way to often even though my ping is fine and have no apparent packet loss or any other interference. #trollgame
