With Shkreli none of his investors missed out on money IIRC, they just didn't realize he was running a ponzi scheme temporarily to pay each other off. When Andrew was in UK they searched his house and confiscated his electronics and according to him were about to charge him based on the findings, not based on anyone’s accusation alone, but he fled to Romania. My issue is Sexual Harassment is the making of unwelcome or inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances. The physical advances is out the window because it’s clear as day that she consented and removed consent later on and then Myron let her go. Which is the right thing to do. But the other is weird. She was consenting to it and he made a sexual remark about her body. A sexual remark could be good or bad. If she consented to them possibly having sex and allowed him to raise her shirt, how could the comment be unwelcome? Regarding the 19yro caller, I see a lot of comments and youtubers disparaging her with the reasoning that she shouldn't have been in the apartment alone with Myron, but that assumes an untrue context. The issue is that Myron and Walter already planned on splitting them up when getting something to eat. On the back way to his studio apartment, Myron said that they were going to meet up with her friend and Walter again, and that he just needed to get something from his apartment, which was probably bs, so she's there under a false assumption that he's just getting something. She also pushed him off the first time he jumped on her, tells her to use mouthwash for alcohol breath (which conveniently is in his en-suite) then he acts innocent before jumping on her again, after she had already pushed him off. Ethan saying they deleted a bunch on day whatever doesnt mean anything b/c they werent deleting them to hide them from ppl seeing what they say. B/c right after they said we didn't delete them on that day, we moved vids over to rumble and deleted them off youtube so they dont get reported. What Ethan implied was wrong
