I discovered ur channel with this video that popped up in my home page a couple mins ago lol but you HAVE NO IDEA how much I needed to here those things! I am also a content creator on insta and for some personal reasons I couldn't create content for a month now and I was just stressing myself out so so so much. But you literally reminded me that we are not our best version all time and that is totally OKAY. Thank you and have a year where you'll be achieving your goals and finding your rightest path 🤍
2021 was the hardest year for me with anxiety, anxious, my mental health even was all mixed and I was literally just so tired, but wishing this year will be the best.

Here's a tip for anyone that doesn't want to make a New Years resolution, or feels intimidated by major life goals : pick one word to focus on for the year! For example I stopped making resolutions a few years ago, and I made "growth" my focus word for a few years. and whenever I would do something or have a new experience, I'd always reflect on ways it's helped me grow. this has made me a lot more reflective / introspective with myself, and allowed me to reach goals I didn't even know I would accomplish, without the big scary check list. also, this years word for me is creative! I want to be more creative by learning new crafts, coming up with RUclips videos, cooking new foods, etc! I hope this helps someone
