Fanatiq has the skill to get to the top, he just has a lot of work to do. He was dropping his combos left and right, as was Combofiend. He managed to get 3 wins off of Combo using a newly nerfed MSS while Noel Brown couldn't even get more than one win with vanilla Wolverine, Wesker, Akuma. Fanatiq is still relevant and deserves mad props.
Combofiend's really rippin it up with Hawkeye! Also, surprised Combofiend isn't using Spencer as a lead now. With the buffs he's got, his Spencer is probably more than capable of wrecking entire teams XD

@Nightmaresins Wesker isn't combo's type of character. Nemesis is on his team for the big beefy hits, deceptive mobility and long range command grabs. He's essentially playing his vanilla team, just in different characters.

All I know is that Fanatiq would most likely body the vast majority of his critics. I'd still like to see him continue to use MSS and make top 8 in the next UMvC3 major tournament.
Combofiend bodied me on XBL. First perfect I've ever seen on UMvC3. I was too busy in awe that he actually joined my game. lol By the time I blinked I was dead, no supers for chip, no x-factor, just awe. Now I know how it feels...
It is nice watching my 2 most entertaining players play each other. I respect Fanatiq for using pad and storm, 2 things i do, and combofiend is soooooooo good.
@deftonesssTR Sentinel and Magneto have been nerfed. Despite the nerfs, he still insists on using them, which is evidently making Fanatiq have a bit of a handicap. He's not playing with the best characters in the game and he's sticking to what he feels is familiar to him. How is that being a lazy coward?
Col. CC has the best setup for runnin sets. The videos are always high quality, and the crew is HELLA funny! Fingercramp has a good setup but its not as good as this.
Fanatiq doesn't have the new Magneto attract/repel move in his arsenal just yet. Once he gets that figured out he'll be beasting all over again with MSS. His Storm is AMAZING even without DHC glitch.

@instantlight12 I use both arcade stick and controller, but iit really does come down to which one you prefer more. Also if you do get an arcadestick, you will lose a lot trying to learn so yeah, I recently learned how to use it decently within 2 months but it's still pretty hard to use.

@Imozart0341I I agree, you almost can't judge how broken a character is , or if said character needs off these guys, because their top players; I mean they make characters that most people consider ass look great. So a lot of times it isn't the character it's the player behind them, but people don't see it, and end up asking for an unnecessary nerf.

Combofiend should replace Nemesis with Wesker and just be unbeatable. His Hawkeye is already godlike with such a beastly combo at 3:36. I respect Fanatiq for sticking with his team and having to figure out how to adjust in game. He just needs to put some work in with Magneto and definitly Sentinel. Lol @ 13:46. This dude connected 5 overheads near consecutively.
@THEVASART Sentinel in 2 was good. But in 3 nearly every single way for him to advance is unsafe and punishable. Huge hitbox so he can be instant overhead into a 700k - 800k combo, which is huge for him because he only has 900k life. Slow unless you fly which is irrelevent because he's clumsy and he can't block. Other characters out zone him, other characters out rush him. The main thing Sent has going for him is his assist and his armor which doesn't help him once you learn how to respect it.
@THEVASART I'm sorry but what? Most of the things that made Magneto great in 3 games have been toned down. His tridash, and by extension his rushdown = nerfed His meter build = nerfed His damage = nerfed It takes more effort to play close range with Magneto now and you don't even get much of a bonus from it anymore either. And I hope I'm reading it wrong and you aren't saying Sent is the best because that's just wrong. He was garbage in vanilla and he's worse now.
