I gotta say this was one of your best videos yet and I've only got one comment on what you could fix for next time, there was a lot of awkward pauses between sections and it broke the flow a bit, but other than that, best video you've got
I don't care how "unfinished" it was, I got this for my 12th birthday and LOVED everything about it. It was my first MegaMan game and it's still one of my all-time favorites.
It’s amazing the game was released in a playable state. I believe if given more time to polish stuff, it could’ve been one of the best Mega Man games of all time!
Hey stumbled across this channel. Good vid. The flow of the script and music could have been better - there was some odd pauses in script while music still played in the background. But still, good vid. I love mega man 3. Its my fav 8 bit mega man (4 is 2nd). Ive owned this game for over 30 years beat it many times, and I didnt know the thing to slow down ammo consumption on Rush Jet. Thats awesome! Thanks! Subbed.
Yet again learning some stuff from this review I likely wouldn't otherwise; didn't know this game let you go up to double digits in lives and some of the weakness stuff, too. Like Carbon said, there's some awkward pauses here and there, mainly since it transitions from a new clip/music track and hangs there for a few seconds before starting when it should. I don't mind longer pauses in videos, but holding onto the part you're currently in and THEN changing up the scene and sounds immediately upon entering the new part would be better. That, and there's some clips that talk about a certain aspect of the game, but don't take the opportunity to showcase it. I get when you didn't do that for the 2-player shenanigans since that takes some extra setup, but with examples like Snake Man's platforms being able to yeet you to your doom, it just feels kinda weird when the video otherwise does well in this. In the grand scheme of things, though, this isn't a big issue. Besides all of that, this is another solid video! You definitely improve in some way, however minor or major with every upload, and that's great to see! As for the content itself, it was interesting seeing you delve into Mega Man 3 and shed some light on things normally not discussed much as well as approaching it from a more positive angle. Personally, this is one of my least favorite titles in the series. I wouldn't call it bad, but the slow down (especially how if affects the controls) combined with the wack difficulty balancing just makes it hard for me to enjoy and think about replaying, even with the improvement hack in mind. That's not to say there AREN'T some genuinely solid aspects to it, though. Like you said, some stages in Mega Man 3, despite the problems, are fun, with Snake Man a major highlight for me. Also, this my be a least favorite of mine in the series as a game, but the OST? THAT'S a different story. There's a track or two that aren't AS strong as the rest (namely Hard Man), but like you said, there's nothing truly weak in the music with this game. Looking forward to seeing what you do next!
Bro Hard Man’s song slaps. I’m gonna call him about what you said so he can booty slam you… I mean uh, I usually do pauses so I can breathe in between paragraphs lol
@@demontropolis7742 I never said it was bad, just kinda silly for what's supposed to be HARD Man's theme. Also, what if I'm into that, HMMMM? Makes sense, but that also tends to be edited out in videos or used as a segue into the next portion of a video before actually transitioning there.
@@cheezocheddarman7163 The song is meant to represent what the stage is: Rocky plateaus with an adventurous feel. It would’ve been tough to try and make the song match the word Hard, lol.
Okay, back for weapons fix in Mega Man Maker (again) : Top Spin - this weapon is nerfed! And no longer have overboost damage like original game, instead he had real damage is less than NES by comparison. Spark Shock - fined and fixed, now weapon no longer unfreeze your enemies, when using pause menu if you're chose your weapons.
@@sidnew2739 I didn’t count the big robo-fish when I made that video, because they can be ignored as easy as moving past them after taking a weaker hit from the shrimps.

There is another Mini-Boss/Mid-Boss in Mega Man 3 which is Penpen Maker A.K.A. Penguin Maker
MM2 does only have one type of mid-boss?
The giant robo-fish in Bubbleman's stage wants a word with you.

there are hacks on the internet that fix most of the flaws in the game
