I've been fighting throat cancer. Alone . Except for my furbabies ... I lost everything! My house my car and my voice box was removed 54 chemotherapy and radiation treatments and 2 major surgeries ... I am forever changed physically.. I am redesigned. No longer breathe through my nose and mouth... I have a stoma.. it's a permanent hole in my throat to breathe through... I'm 70 and ... There is great power in meditation and prayers! These frequencies sooth and calm and allow miracles to happen... Prayers work. My kitties and I rent a tiny room but we are together . I'm alive.. and I can still dance!

I have to tell you- the past two nights I haven't gotten to lay down until well into the late night/early morning hours (however you wish to view it) with the hopes of getting only about an hour and a half of rest before it's time to get the kids up for school etc etc. Keeping that in mind, I scroll through my sleeping content and discovered this one and played it both nights. I confess I was skeptical but I am here to say it works!! For the brief time frame I had to get any sort of test , it was easily accomplished here. Immediately I could feel my entire self relax as my mind drifted to a place of recovery. Granted I'm still a bit tired and will require actual solid sleep for six hours give or take but to have this sense of thoughtful contemplation causes me to want to try longer periods of listening. I can't imagine how good that'll feel!!

I have insomnia and hadn't slept for two days. I can't take sleeping pills bcz I take opioids for pain. I ran into this music and wow it not only relaxed my entire body but stopped my mind from racing. Before I knew It I had fallen asleep and it was morning
