Like before during a fanmeeting in 2015, he said it but that was in the guise of playing a game; later at a dna fansign when they were playing the "I love you" game, and he had to say it to RM standing beside him but said it while making direct eye contact with jimin, standing right across him, also said it in bon voyage while he was playing as the DJ and stopped the music, though it could be he said it to other members, but the camera immediately panned to jimin, who had a similar reaction to this one when he screamed and laughed like crazy haha. Also, another point to notice is after tae revealed suga said "i love you" and RM asks the other members if suga has ever said it to them, jin said no, hobi shook his head, Jk didn't respond (which we knew just moments later because he got the text) our jimin-ssi, was smiling, filling his soju cup; he didn't deny it at all. Knowing jimin, and how quick he is to jealousy and being unable to hide it, he would've been pissed as hell. When he asked for the text too, suga looked like he wanted to say "but I've said it to you before" haha but of course kept it in. It was honestly jimin not being pouty and cranky when tae said it (who was looking at jimin when he said suga was the one who sent it, and mainly talked with jimin when he was commenting on suga's i love you made him feel; and even when he was discussing about the tone, LOL @ TAE EXPOSING YOONGI, "i didn't imagine this tone *deep seductive voice* i love you" LMAO Jimin got so embarrassed. And even Jungkook imitated yoongi's seductive way of saying it when jimin brought it up at the festa. TAEKOOK supporting yoonmin is the best thing. Not to mention, taekook deciding to trigger jimin by writing suga's house as the punishment place, knowing full well how special that was to jimin, since suga only ever took him to his house and nobody else since their debut. Even namjoon hasn't been there once. Hea deliberately chose the "how" because the other options "when" and "why" didn't give him an opportunity to somehow take control of his situation. He's so clever with these things. And jimin being speechless and angry, lmao he legit wrote "taking someone else along and having meaningful conversation" like jimin-ah could you be more obvious, and his little face when they told him he can't write that there; and how happy he got when he came up with bangtan knowing he'd go as well; note how none of the members were even remotely happy about it except him, who was jumping to the end of the stage.
