I did a check on DW for an area I studied for hydrology: runoff and infiltration. I decided to forge realistic LCLU maps myself. DW classification Findings: open mine/stone pits area: shrubs, or snow, but must be bare. Bare areas coloured as snow. a nice patch of healthy spruce 3/4 encircled with some cuttings: all crops! Also the latest official E(SA) land cover/l u is based on up until 2018 data, there is an updated unofficial version with 2019 data... which I found was better. I am aware that there are at least 2 main classification systems, 1tier/3tier, and they differ. When you consult the big technical classif. document for all possoble vegetations, you'll be flabbergasted.
I have a question. We have 1500 hectareas of land in PARAMO DE SUMAPAZ in Colombia. Land which we intend to conserve along with its frailejones. We would like to map out our flora, specifically the number of frailejones on the land. Can you guide us on how to do this?
Congratulations to all develop team!!!! I'm a hydrologic researcher in Amazon RainForest and I thinking use Dynamic World to assess the flow change in the Xingu river after the construction of the Belo Monte dam (2015) - if only was because of the dam or deforestation impact the river discharge. Any chance to implement the tools in R, R Studio?

This is such an awesome project, great work Google.
To get so close from 100 M to 10 M is terrific and makes the target so visible that a focused study of the diff locations, is now possible.
Super high quality talk! Thanks for sharing :D
