Sunday morning ,with my Kicking Horse coffee and BackRoad journals. Once again an enlightenment of what we are passing by on our drive to P.A. We will endeavor to visit some of these spots this summer. Thanks to those who had the forethought to preserve these areas for future generations to enjoy .
That little rainbow was pretty neat 🙂. Would have loved to be able to zoom in a little bit closer. Thank You as always for your support 👍. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
Wow, the water is flowing pretty enthusiastically threw there for sure...magnificent!! What a beauty of a day you had to enjoy it all. Love how you can still hear the roaring waters even when it can't be seen...Awesome!!
That looked like a great place to explore. That was a very cool tree, thanks for the education about that. The water colour was stunning. 7:20 Great camera-work as always. Nice job, my friends. 👌👍
Beautiful spot guys! Looked like the perfect day for a hike! So funny both of our videos featured waterfalls in the same week! 🤩 Thanks for the trip Walter & Joanne
Michelle had to convince me to go, sure glad I did. We thought the 'No Swimming' was pretty funny as well 🙂. Thank You as always for your support 👍. All the best, Michelle and Holger 🙏
I was hiking up to Mt. Horne (trailhead at MacMillan Provincial Park) just a couple of days ago and I was quite surprised to see several Arbutus trees on my way up the slope as I thought that they only exist in the very Southern part of Vancouver Island. I learned that First Nations people used the bark and leaves to soothe stomachs and sore throats and the bark was brewed into a tea to be consumed.
Very nice hike.

Lots of arbutus on the sunshine coast too, biggest I've seen was by Egmont. They're amazing especially when they get so big.
