I couldn't help but notice that when you use your cake levelling knife things that you leave the opening of them the direction you cut so the knife moves out of them. I think you'd put them on the other side of the knife (the sharp side) and cut towards them it would be easier. Love your videos 😄

Hi Ann! I'm always amazed by how realistic your cakes are!. I love the look of the green dyed coconut for grass and would like to do something like that sometime, but I personally can't stand coconut, not even the smell. Do you know of anything else that might have the same effect? Chopped almond maybe?
