Hello everyone who reads this may I invite you to get to know Jesus Christ He loves you he died for you on the cross if you simply truly accept that in your hearts you can live with him forever and ever. By getting to know more of God the more you may grow faith and that faith will transform you buy a lot and you will naturally do good works which won't save you but will be evidence of your faith to other people and you will naturally want to start repenting. All you truly have to do is believe in the fact that Jesus Christ died for us so all of our sins can be washed clean and that we can be saved on the last day and have faith in that. I find it important to add that attractiveness is subjective. Some people may find big muscles attractive, others couldn't care less about a person's fitness. Some people may get insecure about physical quirks that make them look different from others, but someone out there might spot that feature and adore it for that same reason - it makes you unique. Society and media may inforce specific ideas to aim for, but that stuff doesn't tell a full story and also doesn't specify what makes sense for you specifically. If you do something to change your looks and status in life, do it for you, not for other people's awe. The most valuable relationships, whether they're romantic or platonic, are the ones where you can find common ground and mutual enjoyment.

In my country, being tall and good looking is exceptionally rare in spite of our dense population. I wasn’t always good looking or tall because puberty hit me very late around 15-16. However, now, there are so many people who are jealous of me or are intimidated by me for these superficial traits. My old make friends especially began distancing themselves from. Girls also assume I’m a ‘player’. I don’t even know if people like me for me or because I’m nice to look at. Friends, I'm deformed from one ear. I never felt bad about it and kept my confidence. I lost my hair and decided I can't be overweight and bald. Looking to good is even dangerous. You maybe get stalked a alot getting more attention than you want. You get liked and promoted so easy, that you never learn to fight and dont develope mentally at all. Sooner or later you will face bad situations in life. When you are an adult that is still a spoiled child you will walk in many traps. Looking to bad is painful as well. You get underestimated, bullied. You get few attention and fewer friends than supermodels can have. Probably looking like a 6 or 7 is best. Gaining somewhat from good looking but not that much that it softens you.
Until I was 30 I was always doughy, and nerdy, they I became a fitness fanatic, it’s real, I could tell the difference. I couldn’t do anything about the nerdy part and that seems to make a lot of people uncomfortable.

Take this guys advice like a grain of salt
As you mentioned, discipline is really important. Most of us especially in our 20s can significantly improve our attractiveness with some effort: going to the gym, eating better, developing hobbies, and working on ourselves overall. It does get more challenging in your late 30s, but I still believe it’s absolutely possible it just takes more consistency and intention.
Fingers crossed for all of us guys. With the right plan and motivation, my goal is to finally reach a solid 7 this year.
Bad personality traits such as worse humor has no correlation with looking more attractive. Some studies have found, in fact, that there is a slight increase in positive traits the more attractive someone is.
yup positive reinforcement increases confidence and it snowballs over time.

You get liked and promoted so easy, that you never learn to fight and dont develope mentally at all. Sooner or later you will face bad situations in life. When you are an adult that is still a spoiled child you will walk in many traps. Looking to bad is painful as well. You get underestimated, bullied. You get few attention and fewer friends than supermodels can have. Probably looking like a 6 or 7 is best. Gaining somewhat from good looking but not that much that it softens you.
