The main villain in the Untamed Jin Gaung Yao in spite of all the good things he did finally fought back and paid back all who did wrong. YGD is doing the same except he will get redemption from the girl he falls in love with.

It's nice how the crow helps him out. He literally saw what happened through the crow's eye and knew that there was poison in the food and yet Yingxin continued lying to him. He kept his calm though and never told her he knew.
I had a feeling it was either he’ll take her with him or that he ends up staying! It didn’t seem like he was willing to part from SuSu after what they shared. One thing I noticed and appreciate is how even though Tantaijin has been treated badly since the beginning, he carries himself highly. His mannerisms and posture, and even the way he walks, are far more noble and elegant than that prince who broke his arm as a child.
And it's because this (his strong and full of dignity personality even when he is bullied) that everyone hate him and make their bullying towards him even worst

I've never been a fan of historical fantasy dramas,i was watching strictly historical ones but Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu made me so interested and I'm addicted to it 😍😍
One of the many reasons I've enjoyed watching and rewatching this drama is the subtle balance that our TTJ has between good and bad, he's a flawed hero from the very start. He has done things that are morally questionable but at the same time it's directly because of the things done to him that made him turn out this way. Back and forth he goes from evil to merciful to vengeful to forgiving...over and over again, taking us all on a journey where we aren't really sure anymore who is the good guys and who are the bad ones. Nothing is black and white in this drama and it makes it so much better!
The drama is doubling down on the drama this episode, Jin’s escape, his manipulation of Xiwu’s evil plot, his responsibility for Ying Xin’s insanity…wow! But there are visible signs of sweetness early in the episode! I loved that it was clear that Jin believes that Xiwu cares enough about him to feed him, clothe him, want him to be happy and to protect him with her life! I especially loved their fireworks scene and sweet snowball fight! ❤
When u can feel, it is easy to be kind…but all these years without any emotions, he still never harmed anybody (except the crow case)…he deserves all the respect

They had their cute first fight and breakup in this episode 😅. Ye Xiwu was hurt when Tantai Jin said he wouldn't have s3x with her, even though he was drugged, she did have feelings for him, that's why his rejection hurt her, meanwhile,he was just teasing her and doing his best to hide his feelings. I also love the way TTJ regretted hurting her when she protected the demon.

Aunty Lan twenty years is so long who wouldn't misunderstand? Strangely no communication whatsoever too. 😢 I feel a bit sad for the two aunties. Wasted youths, tortuous day by day to years giving away all their belongings to keep all three of themselves alive while also withholding many regrets. The aunties sacrificed a lot to begin with. Sad that one aunty left and never came back making the other aunty think she's been abandoned. Of course it's understandable she'd also want to escape. I have to find the orchestral accompaniment to this series. My favorite scene in the series starts at 32:00. ML is finally receiving physical affection, then pain, which is a discussion all in itself. When he begins to siphon the demon's powers, the music culminates to the beautiful melody at 33:00. It's such a powerful effect, along with the flashes of his demonic facade through the FL's eyes. Easily one of the most artistic and well-realized moments I've seen in any cdrama. It's tragedy manifesting into desire and power.
I've been really enjoying this drama. It's the only one so far tempting me to actually become a member so I can watch more than one episode a day. I'm very much torn about continuing to savor it, or going on a bit of a binge. Getting inundated with spoiler heavy clip videos in my recommendations every day is certainly not helping.

Yes! I knew he planned their marriage from the start. It seemed too convenient for her plan to go awry that badly and for him to end up with the favored daughter. Like how on earth did she end up eating her own poisoned food?? Lol, I figured someone must have done something. I got one guess right so far lol. It seems she actually arrived a bit too late into the past, he's already full of anger and power. She should've arrived a few years earlier. But hopefully it'll still turn out ok at the end. I still wonder about that purple demon lady. She seems to have a backstory so she'll probably be more important later. I'm loving this show so far.

@Dylan-love-esther After watching Ten Miles Peach Blossom and Eternal Love of Dream I had been waiting to see if there were going to be any dramas that can out beat such great dramas or be remotely just as good. The two were by far for me, the two best costume dramas. Had been watching other costume dramas and many were good but not as good as the two. Until Love between Fairy and Devil came along and I was very impressed. So upon seeing your channel name brings me nostalgic joy 😊
Although we don't have any winter season in my country I also want to play in winter one day just like ye xiwu and tantayi Jin happily... it's so ramantic and adorable ❤

I have to find the orchestral accompaniment to this series. My favorite scene in the series starts at 32:00. ML is finally receiving physical affection, then pain, which is a discussion all in itself. When he begins to siphon the demon's powers, the music culminates to the beautiful melody at 33:00. It's such a powerful effect, along with the flashes of his demonic facade through the FL's eyes. Easily one of the most artistic and well-realized moments I've seen in any cdrama. It's tragedy manifesting into desire and power.

I've been really enjoying this drama. It's the only one so far tempting me to actually become a member so I can watch more than one episode a day. I'm very much torn about continuing to savor it, or going on a bit of a binge. Getting inundated with spoiler heavy clip videos in my recommendations every day is certainly not helping.

Yes! I knew he planned their marriage from the start. It seemed too convenient for her plan to go awry that badly and for him to end up with the favored daughter. Like how on earth did she end up eating her own poisoned food?? Lol, I figured someone must have done something. I got one guess right so far lol.
It seems she actually arrived a bit too late into the past, he's already full of anger and power. She should've arrived a few years earlier. But hopefully it'll still turn out ok at the end.
I still wonder about that purple demon lady. She seems to have a backstory so she'll probably be more important later. I'm loving this show so far.
