A cardiologist could help determine if the blood is getting enough oxygen as it passes through the heart, because if it isn't then your lungs wouldn't be getting enough rich oxygenated blood to your lungs.
My Mom was put on the Pearls (I forget the full name) but they help with her breathing a lot. She has COPD & emphysema which may make a difference in why they prescribed her that medicine BUT it would be worth asking your pcp about. ♡
I have congestive heart failure and the diastolic is not pumping enough blood through my heart, but they said that wasn't the problem that night. I don't know because I have so many specialists and they just seem to go round and round.
Oh, goodness. That's terrible! How am I just seeing this now? Thank goodness you're alright now. Sounds really scary. Hope they find out whatever caused that. Might be more than just the medication prior to streaming. How are you feeling today? Those symptoms... horrifying.
