I've been following your face yoga exercises now for about 10 or so weeks and i can guarantee they work amazing. My eye bags are very much improved and 100% lifted up. My malar bags are virtually unnoticeable, my cheeks are higher too and seriously, my skin texture is much more improved too and i've really been amazed at the results. I must admit i was very sceptical it would work. I'm still using various moisturisers but face yoga with Polina has worked 100% better than any creams on the market. I highly recommend face yoga It's almost my little miracle to lift my once sagging face. Honestly everyone should try all these face yoga exercises, i do a different combination of three of them twice a day, 5-6 days a week, 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Like another reviewer that has gotten results, I do it every day, once in the morning and throughout the day. When I’m walking my dog, being careful to make sure Im doing them correctly (releasing on 5 counts etc.) and then again at night. I’m excited to see how much improvement I will get over time. Hi, I'm 69 and have been doing Facerobics for several years and really notice a difference. However, I want a change and also want to address a few areas specifically such as lines around my mouth, elevation of cheekbones as well as continuing to exercise the rest of my face. just don't know where to start with your videos and how to build a routine. Can you advise? Thanks
I try to do 3 different ones a day… I do try to take a day off or so ….just recently started the face yoga.. these marionette lines are tuff… recently they appeared 😌 thank-you You BEAUTIFUL lady Polina ❤

Thank you Polina for the very simple and affective exercises you kindly demonstrate; the explanations of 'why' are much appreciated. Might you know the reason why one side of my face has a marionette line while the other doesn't? I've been exercising for a year now using many face yoga methods ( your programme I started 3 weeks ago) but still no change. Might my jaw be out of line or is it face tension on one side? I exercise EVERY day so what might I be doing wrong?
Thanks for your feedback Julie, I'm glad you enjoyed the techniques in this video 🌷 As for the marionette line being more pronounced on one side than the other side of the face, it could be due to tension on that side of the face, most likely in the depressor muscles (the muscles that bring the mouth corner down). You can massage the depressor muscles with a knuckle of your index finger to see if they release. It could also be weakness in the cheek muscles on that side of the face. Maybe somewhere down the line, you worked one side of the face more than the other, hence some imbalance now. It's also worth looking at releasing neck muscle called sternocleidomastoid on the side of the neck where the line is more pronounced, as neck tension can create some imbalance too. It's brilliant that you are doing your face exercises every day, very well done 🌷🌸
Dear Polina , thank you for your very helpful feedback. I have made a big effort with both my depressor muscles and masseter muscles but I will now focus on my neck muscle and maybe giving my 'folded' side a little more exercise than my 'unfolded' side. Thanks for your question Sally. The O shape helps to stretch the cheeks and smooth out the central folds, with minimum elongation of philtrum. I don't think it will stretch it at all, also bearing in mind we're not really doing this exercise for more than a minute or so as part of the routine. If you already have issues with ageing around the mouth, you can simply omit this exercise but can still follow the main routine in the video. 💆♀🌸
I would use it after the face exercises so that the muscles have already had the benefit of conscious contraction and engagement and can then be stimulated passively with the Wand 🌸💆♀
Hi Katy, for the nasolabial folds, think cheek strengthening exercises and face massage for smoothing out the folds. Doing both will help lessen those folds between the nose and mouth corners. Hope this helps 🌸 Polina
@@ElementalFaceYogawithPolina i feel that when i do these exercises my muscles just got bigger instead of them being lifted D: so the question that's been bothering me is that if i strengthen the cheek muscles for instance, does it mean that the cheeks are definitely going to be lifted or they may not be lifted?
Thanks for your feedback and question. If you’re working the cheek muscles consciously and correctly, they will tone over time which means they will tighten rather than get bigger (which is what happens when you stretch the muscle, they elongate). So make sure you follow the instructions, use your mirror to check your position and always feel the connection to the muscles being worked. For some people, it takes longer to feel the muscle engagement, so don’t be discouraged. You may consider doing different videos focusing on different face muscles so as to strengthen and tone the whole of the face.🌸

Good evening! I have a BIG request! I am ready to follow your advices and if there is any video related to my problem, please share! Due to sudden weight loss (illness, recently, in my late 30s), my face lost fat. I had a pretty face, with nice cheeks. Now ... there are not folds, but rather "channels" and in the area of the mouth corners, it's like the skin sagged. Not the mouth corners, but the face's skin, and forms something like... small "bags" of skin . Very unpleasent look. It is getting worse and this adds more sadness... It's obvious that English is not my native language, so I hope I expressed myself clearly enough. I really hope you read this comment and reply. I could send a picture as well, in your email. It's a shame that I can't, I don't know how to correct this. I am still young. I love nature and naturalness
Hi Irina, thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about your illness but I hope you're feeling better now ! What you describe is indeed loss of facial fat, we do have normally some fat padding under our cheeks to give the face good structure, Unfortunately if the weight loss is sudden it can negatively impact our facial appearance and create grooves and loose folds in the skins especially in the midsection of the face and mouth corners. But please don't worry, you can definitely improve how your face looks, by starting with some exercises to build volume in the cheeks. Please check my video on How to Increase Cheek Volume so that you can learn and try the moves to build up cheek muscles. Also try my videos on Increasing Collagen Boost in the afce as this will also be beneficial for you. I hope this helps! It could be from sleeping on your side
I worry that making the O shape with your mouth will elongate the philtrim. Do you have an alternative to that?
