I was diagnosed with Amyloidosis of the heart which is literally hardening of the heart. I want to be completely open to God and if there is sin I want to confess it. How do I know if there is any sin?
Your conviction of sin comes from the Holy Spirit, the word of God which cleanses you and from personnal consecration which takes time with the Lord in prayer. You also need to spend time reading the word. God will also cleanse you and encourage you. Once you repent (change direction) you will move on to a better life. You will have more peace and inner joy. It is a process , a daily process. Sin is only one part of what God will give help you with. He also will give you Rema which is his word for you at that moment in time and also direct your thoughts to higher things.

For me if I question something it is sin. Anything that does not come from faith is sin the bible says. So if I question it then it's sin
