Ingredients
1. Mustard Oil - 1/2Cup
2. Dry Red Chilli - 3
3. Garlic Cloves - 6
4. Raw Mango - 2-3
5. Yellow Mustard Seeds 1 1/2tb
6. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2ts
7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2tb
8. Salt - 1tb
9. Fennel Seeds - 1tb
10. Asafoetida - 1/4ts
11. Turmeric - 1/4ts

We have to put this under sun. Its been 2 days n mango pickle is still taking time :)

Ruchi this is the instant achar...u can try it just after making it...but to keep it for longer duration u hv to keep under the sun for atleast 15days....then u can use it for another 6months...the more the better...
