B2B Contracts are a little bit differnt from the personal ones i thnk you mainly pay for them not selling your data. You always have to remember that even though it feels like the services are free they really are not. You pay them in kind.

Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately Google does not have add ons (except for ai) so if you want features from the bigger package you'll have to upgrade. BUT you can always downgrade later if you don't need it

I have a free gmail account for my small business. I keep going into clients spam folders when I reply to their emails. Do I need to buy a Gmail account with Google Workspace so I can add the DKIM, SPF, DMARC etc so that I can avoid going into spam?

This can help, but also there are some good "etiquettes" on email that will triggered the spam filters, large images, big attachments, some keywords, or the abuse of those words "promo", "discount", "gift", "opportunity", font size (abusing Title format), font color are just a few things to consider here.

You get a TON more apps & features and virtually unlimited storage.
The free version of Drive is only 15 gb, google mieet is 1 hour meeting in free version and free email doesn't have any custom domain

How is it a downside when you had local functionality available but you hadn’t turned it on
Because there wasn't a lot of great options outside of Calgary (at the time of this video) it has gotten better though!

Google Meet is terrible though. Zoom is on another level. No comparison.
I would have agreed with you 18 months ago... But recently Google meet has made a LOT of improvements. I actually like it better now
