It’s funny looking back all those years ago from the start. You, your videos and general down to earth friendly approach kept me sticking by you rather than other painting channels. I and I’m sure other true followers, feel I’ve followed your life journey over those years, the different shops, the stuff out of work, the travelling, the low times when you’ve opened up about things personally. There have been times where I’ve not kept track on all and every episode but it’s great to watch a latest Gunman video and feel right back at home and not like you’ve missed too much. Man great to hear your story, its was pretty much you and your channel that inspired me to start a channel, only started last year in october but very similar i was always drinking to much and never had the time but i stopped drinking a year and a half ago and then found the time and the confidence to do it. Congratulations on 10 years, serious skills man!! Keep up the good work on both the paint work and wheeling or buffing, used to paint decades ago but still detail a vehicle now again. :)
I had not painted in 7 years in 2017. I was miserable. I let people ruin the trade for me. I decided to get back into it because of this guy. Thanks for everything Gunman I’m serious.
Totally agree! My father and two of his brothers were all body men and painters. I was taught how to paint with a trouble light in one hand gun in the other in a dirt floor shop using only single stage paint. I have my own shop now at 54 and really enjoy it. Love watching your videos and now own several very nice guns lol! Congrats man!

Awesome landmark Gunny 💪 I first found your channel in 2015 at a pretty low point in me life - always loved spray painting and bodywork in the 80's n early 90's but never pursued it as a trade. Fast forward to 2018 and got into the trade with night courses at TAFE then started an apprenticeship in 2019 thanks to the confidence, skills and role model you showed. Many thanks for the inspiration 🙏👍
