There is a very disturbing "relationship" between the SIL, the MIL and the OP's husband. The FIL seems to be the only stable member of the husband's family. Cutting off the MIL and SIL, but the SIL is really has a very tenuous grasp on reality.... and that is a *_very bad thing_* and she very much needs to be in therapy at least, and a straight jacket at best.
