Dear Rasa. It was told to me recently that Archangel Raphael will help us heal from emotional problems as well as relationship problems. I have PTSD that was made worse as I lived in a very abusive relationship. My emotional center has been damaged. I have listened to this either three or four times and I will listen again tonight. I found this meditation quite by accident, or maybe not. Over the last few days I have been having night tremors. I have a lot of issues with panic, anxiety, and depression. It seems as if everything that is going on in the world, is finally taking quite a toll on me. I have been in total isolation since February, because of the virus. Last night when I woke up with the start of the tremors, I found thus meditation. It really did help me. I will be using it from now on. Please pray for me, that I can overcome this issue, and regain some peace and calm in my life. Bless you all and Mother Earth💕

My experience stems not from the virus itself, there is zero fear of it....my anxiety stems from our collective reaction to it. It makes me sad to see how we allow ourselves to be manipulated. Perhaps we are experiencing these anxieties so we can fully understand them and relate to fellow humans and be a HEALING FORCE. You are not alone. Thousands, millions are going through a similar journey. It is meant to happen like this.... I choose light... Let go of the fear. I've been doing a lot to stay peaceful but now that it's almost here, I'm a mess. Raphael is one of my spirit guides and he has presented himself to me during some of my meditations. Thank you for this powerful healing meditation. I send the healing energy into my left shoulder and upper arm which need physically healing. After an overload, the shoulder hurts a lot and I can hardly move it anymore.
