  • Trying out a WEN 56203i 2000 watt inverter generator! This also features parallel connection for connecting 2 of these together to double wattage, i said DC on the video thinking it was the DC connection, it appears to be a solid little generator, and should do good, as long as it hold up, time will tell! Thanks for Watching!!!

    Nice introductory video on the 56203i. I see on Amazon it's actually rated at 1700 continuous watts with a 2000 surge watt rating. This seems to be common in Wen's power generators. They seem well made and designed. It's certainly cheap enough. Thanks again for your demonstration.

    Looks like a really good generator for freezers, refrigerators, tv's and fans etc. Fairly quiet and hopefully will last a long time. Thanks for sharing.

      I hope it holds up, it had good reviews on it. Yeah it will be good for smaller stuff, nothing to big. Thanks for Watching!!!

    I had one of these a few years ago. It ran and worked pretty well - not quite as smooth or as powerful as a Honda but very nice for the price. Then after using it only a few times the cord pulled out of the handle. The fasteners holding what needed to be removed to fix it were permanently loctited in place and the housing broke when attempting to (as gently as possible) remove them. I was able to get it going again minus that broken housing problem which made the pull cord kinda hokey, but it worked. Sold it off and got a yamaha instead. Much better built and is serviceable. Cost a lot more though!

      Thats the kind of thing i'm scared of with this, I know eventually that will happen or the rope will break and it will be hard to fix. But if i do ever have trouble with it, i'll make videos for sure on it. I haven't looked at the yamaha generators yet. Thanks for Watching!!!

    Sweet little genny. The older I get, the more I have to consider weight when I buy tools. I wonder if it’s big enough to run a 110 Lincoln welder?

    • @fnaguitarplayer9
      @fnaguitarplayer9  3 года назад +3

      I understand that, this thing only weighs around 40 pounds. I would think so, lincoln says 20 amps on that so thats 2300 watts but if you ran it for a short period of time or on a low setting it should do fine i would think. I overloaded it with the heater and grinder and the light was flashing, but i'm sure it would have cut off if i kept running it like that. Thanks for Watching!!!

    Nice generator/inverter: I have a 2000 watt Honda inverter generator and Have had nothing but trouble with it since new a few years ago. Keeps flooding and gas getting into the oil. Took it back to dealer and they said they found nothing wrong. I have a new carb that I will install when I get time. I like the one you bought. Probably a lot cheaper also. Thanks

      I hope this holds up. I'm surprised you had trouble with the honda, i considered that one but it costs 3 times more then this one for the same wattage, this was 450 with tax, but time will tell how well it will hold up. Its not going to be used much so that will help too. Thanks for Watching!!!

    If that thing is as tough as a 1/2 inch drill motor made by Wen it'll run forever. We swapped out a brigadier truck with a 3208 and a 13-undfer to a big cam 350 Cummins and a 9-speed. Had to remake all the mounting holes for everything and we'd use it like a mag drill but with a pipe and a chain for leverage. I think it's still running. Don't know about the truck. Good deal and pick me one! I still have the old standby Coleman 10 horse I/C Briggs. Wearing nit out but it don't run much either but it's ready! GBWYall!

      I hear ya! I have a wen stationary belt sander to and it seems to be made really good too. I don't have much experience with this brand but thought i'd check it out. Those are great generators, can not beat them! I was really just wanting something quieter and more portable is why i got this one. Thanks for Watching!!!

No i haven't, i've seen them but never done anything with them, i think harbor freight sells one but i don't know how good it would be. I like the idea of them. Thanks for Watching!!!
