After watching the 2 videos and reviewing the comments here. It seems that Oculus and Portal don't work anymore. My account got disabled just now and I'm trying to find solution since the only option that FB gave me were request for review and download my info. I chose request for review, then they only asked just a photo of me and said "We Received Your Information. If we still find that your account didn't follow our Community Standards, it will remain disabled." How would you even identify If I violate your community standards without hearing my side? This is madness.

A new update: It is still seeming to be completely random on whether Oculus and/or Portal will assist you. I would recommend to keep opening new tickets until you get someone to assist you. Some people get their accounts back after 3 tickets, some people are still trying to get it resolved after 15 tickets. It's completely random. I made this video in hopes of helping people who were in the same boat as me. *I do not work for Facebook* and I cannot guarantee anything will work. I am simply sharing my experiences. Please do not send me emails, private messages, or any other communication asking why this happened to you. I don't even know why it happened to me and *I cannot provide any further assistance than sharing my own personal experience.* I've been flooded with people asking me to fix their account, and I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be replying to those communications. Unfortunately, we also haven't receive an updates from Facebook on when this issue gets resolved. I completely understand your frustration about having issues with your Facebook. My account just been disabled for no reason and they gave me 30 days to request a review the only problem is the number they put to verify is an old number and not my new one. Would this help?
It's been kind of mixed reviews on how it's working for everyone. Lots of people are getting responses to try the Help Center on Facebook. I suggest to tell them the Help Center is not helping and request that your ticket be forwarded to a Facebook Account team member. That's the same email they sent me! My account was reinstated less than 48 hours later. If you don't hear anything or your account isn't back within 12 hours, sent a follow up asking how long it will take.

here's the reply from contact support "my team is here to troubleshoot Portal, our line of video communication devices. As a result, we cannot review or change any information having to do with Facebook Accounts or Pages." i can say, this methods isn't working anymore.

Hi Megan, I'm one of the victom that got disabled by Facebook on 20 February 2022, I followed your way and Oculus told me they in charge with the product only and asked me to submit appeal form for review. So I had my account disabled on 4/13/22. Same thing, I’ve been ghosted and no response or explanation as to why. They haven’t given me any notification or reason. I own an oculus and can’t even use it! All of our kids have them so we can play with them, as we only have one kid still living at home. I’ve been cut off from all of my support circle and I’m absolutely distraught. I’ve tried everything! I do intend to start a channel here and I will be blasting them and taking this as far as I can! I’ve never even violate rules or have I been in fb jail, so this is a complete shock to me! The last post I made was a baby pic of my daughter, fully clothed, wishing her a happy 27th bday at midnight on 4/13, she saw it, and I went to bed, and a few hours later when I woke up, I was gone…account disabled. It's been kind of mixed reviews on how it's working for everyone. Lots of people are getting responses to try the Help Center on Facebook.
I suggest to tell them the Help Center is not helping and request that your ticket be forwarded to a Facebook Account team member.
Additionally, make sure to try contacting Portal in addition to Oculus!

That's the same email they sent me! My account was reinstated less than 48 hours later. If you don't hear anything or your account isn't back within 12 hours, sent a follow up asking how long it will take.

So I had my account disabled on 4/13/22. Same thing, I’ve been ghosted and no response or explanation as to why. They haven’t given me any notification or reason. I saw your ideas, and yes I was contacted by a scammer, but I didn’t fall for it. It was a success as far as chatting with a real person and they even updated me about a week ago, stating they were still working on it. But nothing since then…nothing! I own an oculus and can’t even use it! All of our kids have them so we can play with them, as we only have one kid still living at home. I’ve been cut off from all of my support circle and I’m absolutely distraught. I’ve tried everything! I do intend to start a channel here and I will be blasting them and taking this as far as I can! I’ve never even violate rules or have I been in fb jail, so this is a complete shock to me! The last post I made was a baby pic of my daughter, fully clothed, wishing her a happy 27th bday at midnight on 4/13, she saw it, and I went to bed, and a few hours later when I woke up, I was gone…account disabled. Question? Did they ever tell you why? Do you have any violation history from it? Because I can’t get oculus to help me now…I’m so frustrated! Thank you for sharing! My business account was disabled and I can't send appeals because it says "user id not found" but after many attempts I got through that and they told me to send selfie holding a code and all.
