Man this hole album is amazing. . Scarface dnt put Nothin out weak . . it was released in 2017. . "Deeply Rooted" . . it stayed in my ears that whole summer.
It's been a while since a song has brought tears to my eyes. This brought me back to Scarface The Diary and it connected with something I had happen then when The Diary came out. His voice has always given me chills so coupled with the context of this song and my personal connection... This really reached me to the depths of my soul. Great song... Great reaction... Thanks for this Eugene.

Dam, I couldn't agree more, that song should get played on every screen in every home in every city to suburb across this country. There are to many people that change the channel when images of what is going on around here get played on the evening news, even most the people watching aren't really looking. I've been fucking with Scarface since the 90s, but I haven't heard that song until now, and since yours is the only reaction channel I watch, thank you for that, that just changed the direction of my day and hopefully more to come.

Scarface exposed Lil Troy a long time ago about switching. Troy tried to reverse it and say Scarface was a snitch even had fake documents floating around. Scarface stuck to his word and keep making references until Troy sued him for defamation of characters. Scarface won this lawsuit because since he was being sued he was allowed to defend himself and had Troy's seal police records to be unsealed. All documented Face solid

I will always have respect for ScarFace ever since I’ve heard “My Minds Playin Tricks On Me”. That was like the first Hip Hop song to bring up mental illness in the black community. Plus ScarFace himself has spent years in a psych ward himself for trying to commit suicide and other disorders.

The only thing I disagree with is that these issues are more class related than race related. Racism exists, and there is no denying that. However, racism is a subset of classism. Classism has always been the real issue even MLK tried to fight against it. The more we divide ourselves; the weaker we will be.
