OMG!!!! This is the most masterful I’ve seen you use the cotton swabs for amazing results!! I could watch from 10:00 over and over again. Plus this client is a champ, barely any signs of discomfort when I know it had to be VERY painful. 👏
Wow,. I thought for a few minutes they were going to ignore that big one. But then the cotton swabs came out and it was very satisfying to see her clean out all the bacteria and pus so he can now heal without so much pain. Thank you for sharing that with us!

I love these kinds of clips. My only request; could you show what the area looks like once you are completely done with the session? Showing the area being completely cleaned up and ready to go? It causes an itch for satisfaction that I cannot scratch LoL
Lately we have been able to see many cases of really bad and inflame cheeks. I wonder if this is a follow up of one of those cases... A while ago we were shown the progress of the cases but we can't see that anymore and that is a shame because for me, that was my favorite part. Now all you show are relatively short videos with no continuation. Don't get me wrong, I love them and I love your work. I just miss when we could see how your work changed somebody's life. Because on the really bad cases, you do change people's life for sure!
It may not be classy but, if she helping someone find what they are looking for.... Besides I watch both. It adds to my daily watching experience. Many of Thien's videos recently feel very rushed by the time constraints imposed by her editing company. This one felt better because we got to see her actually work the pocket and get all the stuff out.

Why? I am curious as I don’t like a tips. Why use them on fingers? I am sure there is a medical reason do you know? Because your fingers you have greater control over the q tips can slide and the pressure she puts on them I hold my breath as I think they are going to break..... thanks for any help

I myself do not tolerate pain well so I would have had it numbed. I realize it is not possible for some and I feel badly for them. I am sure your client will feel much better now.

She wasn’t contaminating the wound!?!? That was Cystic Acne!!! Using the Q-tip help grab the acne as the pus globular that was holding the acne!!! As she continued to press out more Blood, more acne was coming out and the Q-tips grabbed right onto them!!! 😊
No one daes to clean their face or acne in this way. In addition to strictly medical knowledge, Thuy has much more knowledge based on traditional and this compound provides an absolute solution to all skin problems. Of course, it takes over a thousand faces to put that knowledge into practice. And she's shown she can handle the worst problems. I believe she will get the opportunity to work in a much better position where she will be paid more for all her hard work. Thuy, just keep going!
I see that this is an old comment but I’d say she’s done quite well! As of late 2021 she moved her spa (that she owns) to a gorgeous new location and hired a lot more staff. I agree that she deserves all the success and fame she gets, as she’s a master at her trade. I realize the importance of removing hidden acne and blackheads surrounding the cystic acne but, when you extract the pustules from the inflammatory it is amazing!
I just wish some of the other ones would watch her video and learn that there is more than just the little bit they pull out when they take off a scab or make a small incision on big acne like that.

She’s doing two different things....#1, she’s showing us weirdos what she got out of the pimple (go back to her very first videos, and you’d see us begging for it in the comments), #2, she’s mainly checking to see if she got the “head” or the “core”, and in a case of a cyst, she’s looking for the sac.
When I watch dermatologist videos like this, and there’s bleeding, I always think, “A styptic pencil might come in handy to control some of the bleeding. They burn like hell but actually work pretty good.

That's what I thought! I thought u should heal this kind of acne with antibiotics. Pooping is no good on that kind of acne

Topical numbing causes the pores to contract. It would make a very difficult job into an almost impossible one
