thats an insanely great pitch but that hung right down the middle, if he can locate it like low away or in that will get so many strikeouts.
Get in front of the ball when you throw any kind of curve ball. Also trust your grip; the ball ends up high because it slips out early which doesn't allow you get out front and you miss high and hang it.

A knuckle curve you aren’t supposed to try and get spin like a sinker you have to just release it like a regular curveball but with knuckle curve grip so that it is mostly front spin and little side spin

the whole point of spiking a curve is to chase velo, not more spin, just make sure that objective is clear
That had the knuckle curve grip but you didn’t throw it properly it had some backspin
Your releasing the ball like a change up throw it more like a football with a little flick of the wrist and watch it make people jump back that’s my favorite pitch to throw and grip the ball across the horse shoe
Good pitch! Keep working on location to keep that down in the zone and also what’s helped me is going in front of a mirror or taking videos of a curve and then a fastball so u can try to get ur release point the same on both. Good spin rate on it and u look comfortable throwing it. Good luck and keep grinding💯

@@marcus5174 well it’s common sense. You don’t walk with the arm throwing overhand you walk with your hand facing down. No professional pitcher pitches completely overhand.
The first thing i would work on is the timing of his hand seperation. He takes the ball out too early compare to where his lower half is. Don't change anything about the arm, the elbow is pretty much in line with the shoulder.

I have mastered my knuckle curve but there are those games where it looks high slider and no one can hit it. What works for me if that happens is I’ll try to pull it down more on the laces.

Your body is sifting forward before you land there fore keeping your arm slot dragging behind and not staying on top of the ball . I suggest give up the knuckle curve learn a fork all or a 12-6 curveball before you have tommy john surgery before your 18

I'm not sure why you would need to throw a knucklecurve. A good knuckleball pitcher would dominate in today's era. All you guys with your comments on going yard have never faced a good knuckleball Pitcher. I Coached club baseball for a number of years and only had one player who was able to throw a knuckleball. That young man struck out more batters looking because they were not used to the change of speed and lack of rotation on the ball. The swing was either early or there was no swing. It's the most underutilized pitch in baseball, most guys can't throw it consistently for a strike.
