I am surprised that Ohio State did not take a knee on the extra point attempt.
Had ND blocked the kick and scooped and scored the game would have been tied.
With only 1 second remaining ND had no opportunity for a field goal.

ND made so many bIG mistakes in this game, 1. missed FG, missed tackle with long pass, couldn't run the clock out with 3 min left? , missed the INT 2 times?? and last and most importantly 10 players on field last play,?!!~!!

100% Michigan, it goes back to the 1900s. They tried to kill our program, prevented us from joining the big ten. Pretty much banned big ten teams from playing us, fielding yost was anti immigrant anti catholic, and even today their fans are annoying and we're just both too good historically and too close

most know this by now, but how do the players and coaching staff not know how to count to 11 on not only the td, but 2nd down as well...i know they wasted their last timeout after the spike and obviously on the play before the spike they were in dime, so either your going to go base or heavy at the 1 yard line, either way, even to this day have never been given explanation as to what defensive package was called on that 2nd down play, freeman later said that he was aware that they only had 10, but he didn't want to risk an offside by running in a player late, that reasoning never made sense to me, because from that distance the penalty would have only been a foot and a half...would rather take my chances stopping a team with 11 from getting a half yard, then trying(twice) to stop a team from getting 1 yard with 10?

As a Michigan fan. ND should have won this game, they played great defense and controlled the offense. Harrison only had like 3 catches and zero TD. The only thing Ohio state did was execute on the last play of the game. thats it..
