To be fair, most of that appears to be Richmond BC. Notorious for purchased or not actually passing their drivers courses. In the lowermainland you just have to be hyper-defensive. I drive with the assumption that everyone around me is an idiot and every pedestrian is suicidal. That way I give all these guys in your video a few extra seconds to get away from me. In the lowermainlaind, you will encounter jaw dropping stupidity on the road. That includes pedestrians. Great videos... what sad is that it's not surprising. It's every day!

I have lived in Vancouver for more then 30 years and this is typical. It has gotten so much worse in the last decade. Too many driving too fast, too aggressive and just plain dumb.
Richmond is garbage for driving now, wasn't so bad when growing up here but now there's new drivers with Mercedes bmw's lambos who can't drive worth a shit. My first car was a 89 civic and that was in 2000 lol, now these new drivers have 300+ hp cars and have no sense of awareness straight from china.
