Wow, they all sound awesome here! (Off topic but BTW I've tried once use Chinese VB but it was too hard XD (I think that it was 夏語遙 which I've tried use))
+Pupuomena Yu Yao has a notorius amount of bugs and glitches in her voicebank. ^^; She's quite popular however, but I'd suggest trying a clearer voicebank other than Yu Yao.
Koude コウデ Yes, I have tried few other Chinese UTAUs after DL her original and many of then was easier to use than that. I found out that Yu Yao's Chinese VB got an update somewhere is this summer/fall I think (original => V2.02). Voice sounds same than in her original but has much better oto.ini settings. Gosh, her VB is much easier to use now, much more easy. She sounds now less choppy! Off topic but I kinda hoped update for her Japanese VB too (new CVVC or even a VCV) but it seems that they won't do that but it's OK. She's supposed to be Chinese UTAU and target are Taiwanese, so very understanding that Japanese isn't in their first priority.
Pupuomena ( owo)b I've actually been thinking of trying UTAU... Who do you think out of the Chinese UTAUs is easy to use? (or, easy compared to everyone else) I know Isogo Ruby has remarkably clear pronunciation but....

I have not DL/use many Chinese VB (plus I do not speak Chinese), so I am not very expert but I can say that Yu Yao Chinese (Pinyin ver. 2.02) is pretty good and it is also multi pitch, so she has pretty large voice range. She seems to not have " v " sounds in her VB, so you need to replase those sounds with something else (v seems to not be very common sound in Chinese, so you don't need worry about it too much??). If you want to start with simple VB then XiaShuang's (夏霜) VB is good option. She has 整音 VB ( = " Chinese CV " ) which is pretty easy for beginners (she got also recently CVVChinese VB also). Her voice is quite strong, so I suggest to use her to powerful songs. 勇氣, Ring, Sanshoku Ayaka and Sanshoku Reika are nice too!
