And he won't even broach that subject until he's close to her in level which at the speed he's leveling is not as long as it should be for most people. But yeah I don't think the story is ever going to actually have him have a relationship with his goddess I think the story's always been intended for him to have a relationship with AIs. Or it could be intended to be a harem and actual harem. But I don't think so.
