I just paddle for fun (started at age 50 because of the covid confinement!) but I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your advices. My 12yr old daughter watches all your videos and she can train hard by herself. Like you she is a cancer survivor (leukaemia) so actually nothing is hard compared to what she had to deal with in the past. She is just happy being out at sea (surfski or sup) enjoying her freedom 🙂
