- More than a month before he was gunned down, Nipsey Hussle spoke with “Extra’s” Tanika Ray at the Grammys, where he was joined by girlfriend Lauren London.
Showing excitement over his first nomination, Nipsey said, “To be nominated on my debut album, it means a lot… We try not to let awards and accolades validate us, but it’s nice to be acknowledged.”

I'm so sick of us missing out on experiencing 30-40 years of loving a partner, growing with them, making babies and, living to be great-grandparents.
This is such a beautiful, young couple and it appears they have so much love between them. They both seem to be smitten with and proud to have found one another. It's just so damn heartbreaking that so much has been shattered with one miserable, hateful, uninformed individual.
I don't know any of these people, but I've been cheering for them and their future, as I do for every Black couple.
