    i need a description of what these terms mean, like bias this or flexion that. i have trouble keeping up, i read shit on google and im not sure if I'm comprehending it properly. even a reference of names/businesses/resources to help educate/diagnose issues and prevent "training scars". just need a hand bridging the gap between theory/lecture to practice/application. great channel.
