You just don't appreciate how important it is to defend 11th place at all costs on lap 2 while watching the group ahead disappear in the distance. Texas strats for the win!
As bad as the penalty system is, it does help at least somewhat to deter some bad driving behaviors. However, it does nothing to discourage certain boneheaded moves like swerving multiple times down a straight to block you. I really don't have the patience to entertain that kind of tomfoolery. The moment someone tries to pull that on me, they get spun. I don't care. Pick a side, and stay there. Not complicated.

I had a driver like this in one of my races yesterday. Kept dive bombing and pushing me from behind and when I finally divebomb him back he decided to pit maneuver me which gave ME a full second penalty. The penalty system still needs so much work

With the Ferarri, you really wanna short shift just before ar AT the redline at the latest. I'm guessing the turbo's on it are about the same size as snail shells so they fall off REAL fast and the HP loss is phenomenal! Honestly, open the telemetry window and be amazed at how fast that thing loses power at the top end.
justapetrolhead is the RSR he let get by and awe willan is the RSR that was stuck behind turfburglar tex with you just before you pit1. Im 90% sure willan punted him for that 4s P (WORTH IT !!) as he doesnt show up anywhere after that. Im in 100% agreement with @NuggetEternal, I dont play that game, Ill take the hit to my points to punt someone like that into the wall. all in all, Im always kind of amazed with you keeping your cool like that, so I have to give you props for not being as hot headed as some of us others... but sometimes its frustrating too because we clearly see the injustice of it and waiting for their comeuppance... that being said, cool headed is better... always.
Had a guy on Yas marina do this to me on every straight he would block me no matter how hard I tried to get around pretty crazy I would’ve placed 1st or 2nd
I’d say the Ferrari has pretty damn good low end acceleration and that’s definitely its strong point. It is pretty mediocre everywhere else and you have to use a lot of slip angle through corners to make it quick, only problem is that ruins the tyres a lot faster
Most people lose the bigger picture of the race and focus on short battles. I would've punted him on lap 2 and got the pen and be done with it. You were overly patient and respectful... also what a waste of Mediums in the first stint.

You used to be a good racer but on lap 2 in turn 3 or 4. That was on you. There was no need for your to ask for space when you go wide and leave it all on the track.
FM is too much better than GT7, cant believe some people prefer gt7 instead of FM, FM its kinda the best aircraft SU-35SM and gt7 its useless raptor f16

when this kind of race happens, you should save the race replay, then go through it after the race and watch the BMW to poke some fun.

Just my opinion but the Ferrari is the slowest car in the gt2. It doesn’t have acceleration, speed, cornering, braking.
