2wd DIY Smart Car chassis Kit || Assembling & Installation Process
Parts of the Kit:
1 layer Acrylic Car Chassis
2pcs - Geared Motor
4pcs - Fastener
4pcs - Encoder Disk
2pcs - 66mm Wheel Tire
Universal Wheel
Battery Holder
Small Rocker Switch
Set of Screws, Nut & Spacers:
4pcs - screws for motors
2pcs - screws for battery holder
8pcs - screws for universal wheel
4pcs - spacer for universal wheel
12pcs - nuts (4pcs - for the screws in motors, 8pcs - for the screws in universal wheel)
Installation Process:
STEP 1. Peel off the Sticker/protection wrap of the chassis & fastener.
STEP 2. Install the motor using the fastener and screws. (I prefer to put the encoder disk before installing the motors)
STEP 3: Install the universal wheel. (use the 4 spacers and 8 small screws)
STEP 4: Install the battery holder.
STEP 5: Insert the small rocker switch.
