The railroad and the characters are a reference to the story by Kenji Miyazawa titled "Night on the Galactic Railroad".
Giovanni and Campanella are the names of the main characters for both stories, and the railroad is self explanatory. The railroad was also referenced in one of the endings in Needy Girl Overdose.
Pretty neat.

This trailer is surprising because I didn't understand what genre the game is in. Is it an RPG? Is it a novella? Is it yaoi hentai? Though I'm still wondering what it is in the end...
