    Want to help others?
Do you have the wisdom to help others?
To offer drinking water to others, you must have a jug of water.
If your own cup is half full, how can you offer a full cup of water to other?
A deluded wants to help another deluded.
What do you think of the outcome and the consequences?
How can we help others then?
    Help oneself first!
If you are not a strong swimmer never attempt to save a drowning person.
Until one has wisdom, don't attempt to help others.
The Buddha’s teachings contains three major points : discipline, meditative concentration and wisdom.
Wisdom is the goal and meditative concentration is the crucial process toward achieving wisdom.
Discipline through observing the precepts, is the method that helps one to achieve meditative concentration : wisdom will then be realised naturally.

Great video but Jhana part is incorrect. Entering first Jhana is a very clear event. It’s an orgasmic experience. Definitely not something that goes unnoticed. That’s why it’s so hard to stay in it because the excitement and surprise tend to overwhelm
