  • Home Assistant temperature sensor for a pizza oven.
This is the second video in the wood fired brick pizza oven smart thermometer series. Here we take our basic ESP8266 + MAX6675 thermocouple and add a display with a meter gauge showing the current temperature of the oven. We have upgraded to an ESP32 S3 microcontroller now with a GC9A01A 240px by 240px round display.
