Hi, nice vids! Just wanted to ask a quick question regarding the fedex packaging - I followed your vid and got a confirmation email saying it would be with me shortly etc but nothing has arrived. Just wondering if I needed to use fedex at least once prior to ordering or if you had any insight? Thanks
Helloooo! I have had a lot of people say this. I think they are being slow at the moment. I ordered some three weeks ago and they only just arrived! Chloe has also ordered some and hers haven’t arrived either! You don’t need to use FedEx to receive them. I’d try contact customer service of you don’t get them in another week 👍🏽hope this helps
@@Marvelousmerchuk I’d say in general try and focus on customer service. Treat your buyers like you’d expect to be treated. Always send offers, that will Increase sales. List as much as you can. Keep prices competitive. For RUclips I’d just say stay consistent with what you’re doing. For me I’ve stayed consistent now and so far it’s paying off! If you ever need any help just give me a message 😀

eBay is slow atm. Not just for me. A lot of resellers are saying this. Just make sure all your prices are competitive
