Yes I've seen it back then with Coco and her senpais. A lot of the senpais shows more respect to Coco although she is the kouhai. I think its because Coco had more experience in the industry and she is a well known youtuber in Japan. Which kinda explains how she could easily get her senpais to collab with her during Asacoco News when she just started.

That makes for an easy transfer of "senpai" to be absorbed into daily convo (which is not the case for English language for most part)
