Mummy Jalapeño Poppers:
Ingredients:
Jalapeños
Cream Cheese
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bacon
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Pepper
Green Onion
Flour
Whole Peppercorn
Directions:
Wash jalapeños, cut jalapeños down the middle and clean off seeds and core, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, and spices in a bowl, scoop cream cheese mixture into the jalapeños, cut bacon into thin strips, wrap the sliced bacon around the filled jalapeños, place jalapeños onto oven safe tray, place into oven for 15 minutes at 450 F or 230 C. For eyes, use left over cream cheese, mix with flour and roll into ball, place whole peppercorn on top; place eyes onto jalapeños once out of oven. Enjoy :)
