One question but for Extreme large scale data processing hadoop distributed framework should perform well than Native , whereas native should be able to handle mild to moderate data processing. Scalability is better as compare to native in hadoop right?

HADOOP acts like an old computing resource (Hadoop is not Microsoft-proprietary). Once Microsoft finds a way to parse all file formats CSV, Delta, Json,..etc in the Native engine, Hadoop will be retired.
