    These instructions are horrible. It’s too fast. Does not show close up views. And is not intended to help the novice. Thus was the worst product I ever purchased and wasted $8000. It is NOT as advertised.

      @@StrickerHandbikeshow much time do you have? I’ve had the bike for close to a month and can’t operate it yet (after spending $8,000 + and counting thus far) because the installation instructions are horrible, complicated, not user friendly, and getting assistance is nearly impossible. The installation video you shared is also unrealistic and can only be understood by those with a mechanical background. It’s a terrible video. And the dealer I purchased it from hasn’t been able to provide assistance that works. I have over 8 hours (!!!) invested in time and over $500 paid to other people to assist me. The package and the bike is also too heavy and not easily transportable. I’ve never been more disappointed in a purchase and feel I’ve wasted over $8,500 on it. I regret the purchase and as a leader with other disabled people have been sharing this very frustrating experience with them and have told them to avoid this purchase.

      @@StrickerHandbikes the damn bike is sitting in my garage because we can’t get figure how to get it installed. Your video was worthless. And not geared towards a non mechanical audience. You should be ashamed for posting such a terrible video. You need to show the sequence, with an actual disabled person and actual bike, close up, of every single step in the process plus how to handle the challenges of each bike given every wheelchair is different. Your video did not help at all.

Please let us know who you bought the device from. Our dealers are usually very knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of our customers' needs. It is therefore extremely unusual for customers to feel so abandoned in such a situation.
      We understand that setting up the device for the first time can be challenging and we are sorry that the video was not helpful for you. However, the video shows the same frame and the identical coupling as you have on your handbike. It is therefore difficult for us to understand the criticism that it should work differently in practice.
