The sad thing is that there will NEVER be another decade of music produced like what the 70s/80s gave us. Especially rock music.
And why the hell is Motley Crüe not in the Rock and Roll hall of fame yet?!
EDIT: Thanks for all the likes!!!

Leonard Hammond Doesn’t make sense to me. Guns N Roses is in the Hall of Fame, they’ve (mostly) reunited and they’re all still alive.
Motley Crue released new music for “the Dirt” but Tommy and Vince have both said there will be no touring.

    • @FreddyD177
      @FreddyD177 5 лет назад +93

They're not in it because from what the people In charge of the hall of fame have said is Crüe will never be in the rock n roll hall of fame because of all the things they use to do the hotel smashing the women they would have sex with and all the over the top wild things they would do. Which is a shock because isn't that what all the hall of fame rock bands use to do? I mean Zeppelins Page locked up his young gf in the hotels and I forgot who but someone in Zeppelin was with a girl and smacking her with a fish or something like cmon they can't induct Motley why? 😂

It’s ridiculous they dominated the 80s along with Bon Jovi and they aren’t in. Gave us so many great songs and still together after 34 years. What a career in music!

I wish my late uncle were still alive to see Dirt. He was like the biggest Motley Crue fan in the world. He defied his stepfather, just by listening to them. Got slammed around for it. He got me into them (and Ozzy) when I was like 8. Back then, people thought there was something wrong with you for liking this stuff. Seeing that movie made me feel like my uncle was still here. Thanks guys.

    Lyrics
When I get high I get high on speed
Top fuel funny car's a drug for me
    My heart, my heart
    Kick start my heart
Always got the cops coming after me
    Custom-built bike doing 103
    My heart, my heart
    Kick start my heart
    Oh, are you ready girls?
    Oh, are you ready now?
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, give it a start
    Whoa, yeah, baby
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, hope it never stops
    Whoa, yeah, baby, yeah
    Skydive naked from an aeroplane
Or a lady with a body from outer space
    My heart, my heart
    Kick start my heart
Say I got trouble, trouble in my eyes
I'm just looking for another good time
    My heart, my heart
    Kick start my heart
    Yeah, are you ready girls?
Yeah, are you ready now, now, now?
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, give it a start
    Whoa, yeah, baby, whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, hope it never stops
    Whoa, yeah, baby
    When we started this band
All we needed, needed was a laugh
Years gone by, I'd say we've kicked some ass
When I'm enraged or hittin' the stage
    Adrenaline rushing through my veins
And I'd say we're still kickin' ass
I say, ooh ah, kick start my heart
    I hope it never stops
And to think, we did all of this to rock
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, give it a start
    Whoa, yeah, b-b-b-b-b-b-baby
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, hope it never stops
    Whoa, yeah, baby
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, hope it never stops
    Whoa, yeah, baby
    Whoa, yeah
Kick start my heart, give it a start
    Whoa, yeah

It will come mainstream again, rock needs 4-5 people of pure tallent and falls apart if one leaves the band.
Its a higher risk investment to a studio, a rapper is one dude with a ego as high as a skyscraper.
I like rap with meaning... rap sells, clubs love the whole bottle in the club rap it gets people to buy bottles...
Electronic music is full of people on E, dont make any money.
I mean they still do coke but they buy those bottles.
Rock bars still exist... but they will never be as big as bottle in the club rap, its useless and meaningless but it promotes u to spend money in the club and try to attract women with cash...
Anyone in a rock band trying to build u guys gotta show stability to the studio, u all get along, have no ego and rarely drink.

Nowdays bands and artists just let the media take care of everything with formulas that are so repetitive! Pop, trap and some comtemporaneus reggaeton bands for example... so sad when bands that are really good with great music and lyrics are represed away or just nobody wants to listen to them... beacause they prefer Badbunny and som otther trap and pop stuff. It's interesting to hear their evolution in the 80s. After basically being THE NAMES in the 'scene', having acts like Gn'R open for them, you can hear a HUGE GnR influence in their 87-89 recordings.

I grew up on this rock amd roll and metal in the late 80s early 90s and I miss it everyday! This is true rock/metal. Too much trash out there these days. Thank you young ppl for continuing to keep the cherished music of my life alive. These bands saved my life in my teens and I hope you guys love it just as much as I do! \m/ \m/

These guys have been a huge part of my life. Ever since i was intoduced to them when i was like 9 yrs old. All the way throught high school at St. Johns High School. My head banging days. Now im 50 and intoduced it to my 5 year old Grandson. He loves it. Thank you Motley Crue for always being there
