Of all the highrises, this may be my favorite condo. View, size, and it is staged beautifully. Absolutely gorgeous arts everywhere. The filming and flow of this is absolutely seamless and elegant. It's always enjoyable to watch you. Elon Musk should buy this condo. Haha

It was built and completed in 2006 or 18 years ago (2024). There is no standard of Penthouse. I am from NYC. The penthouse usually occupies the entire floor 5000 SF up or 10K SF. The one costs 10K to rent per month 2Bed and 3Bath is a penthouse by developer and AOAO standard/definition.
