I've always loved the old cub cadet garden tractors. They are built like tanks. Never really thought about how to get em to rip tho considering they are direct from the engine to the trans. Did you use a secondary shaft on it?

Yeah no updates for that test ride. With a dysfunctional low range, high range fried the clutch mid way through to ride.
I'm looking forward to see what this machine is capable of. Been a long time in the making and I'm happy to see that it's almost finished! Great work!

I went direct drive to the trans for fast trails. Placed a shiftable planetary gear set before the trans for the tight trails.
When are you going to do some more updates on this thing? Can’t wait to see it more.

I need help on gearing my Cub 128 any suggestions.. Bowl gears or 2nd and 3rd....
Google Cub cadet gear calculator. I personally use factory gearing with a bowl gear upgrade (Keizer) or direct drive (Maximus).
Which Bowl gears do you use... tired of atv's and drag racing we look up to your machines buddy....
