Just checked one of my hives yesterday and have the exact same problem. Both brood boxes full of honey and nectar. No eggs.. no larvae.. no capped brood. Not sure what to do with it at this point. Any suggestions?
Or you could grab a frame of eggs from a different Hive and let them try and make their own or just re Queen it I actually just re Queens one more high today same situation again different hive or if you find a queen cell in one of your hives throw that in

I would add a frame of open brood to suppress the starting up of laying workers until you are ready to combine the hive.
Good idea I never thought of that I'm actually going to combine it soon
Ya, i got lucky, they requeened
