No, UK Hardcore/Happy Hardcore. Gabber/Dutch Hardcore split off from this happier stuff in the early-mid 2000’s. Breakbeat hardcore of the early 90’s evolved into happy hardcore which got rid of the breakbeats and jungle which got rid of the pianos, and soon after Dutch prepcuwrs were putting out harder hardcore songs with distorted kicks and it eventually became its own genre - Gabber or Dutch Haedcore. Obviously I’m the Netherlands if you say hardcore you’ll just be talking about gabber, but the rest of the world will say UK Harxkcrd for this cheesier stuff and Dutch Hardcore for gabber.
Definitely not hardcore, but I think most people would call it 'happy hardcore'. di.fm has a 'Nightcore' channel that this would fit nicely in. I guess I consider 'Nightcore' to be pop covers or sped up versions of pop songs, while 'Happy Hardcore' is produced. 'Hardcore' is more aggressive, imo
